Course Overview
This 3 day training program is designed to enable technical users to increase knowledge of the VOSS technology, learn new best practices, and improve administration skills. It features an introduction to VOSS technology, and is focused on the system administration. During this course, students will receive an introduction to the VOSS technology, including customer management, location management, end user self-care, and general management.
Prerequisites
The student is expected to have good IT skills. The student is not expected to be familiar with the VOSS technology.
Course Objectives
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Understand the hierarchy levels within the solution
- Navigate the menus and screens in the system
- Administer the solution
- Manage system entities, resources, users and services
- Use basic system tools
- Review and analyze transactions
