- Identify the installation and ignition process of an IP Office Server Edition system
- Identify configuration capabilities of the IP Office management tools
- Identifying licensing requirements of a IP Office solution
- Perform both online and offline configuration tasks using the IP Office Manager and the Web Manager
- Configure SIP and IP Endpoints, settings for users, hunt groups and trunks
- Identify the basic features and configure the integrated Voicemail and VoiceMail Pro including VoiceMail Pro call flows
- Deploy and configure IP Office Media Manager
- Describe the Avaya Session Border Controller integration into an IP Office solution
