How to redeem your Ebook:

You will need to register for an account

Here there will be an option (under Manage Account) to redeem a license code. This will provide you with access to your manual.

How to access your Ebook:
Each student must redeem their own eBook individually through their account on the eVantage Bookshelf. Once a code is redeemed, the student may access the book in several ways.

  • Online (browser-based)
  • Mobile device (IOS, Android)
  • Downloaded to a desktop or laptop

The following is information to help you access your Ebook:

o Note: multiple concurrent sign-ins are disallowed

  • Mobile device access

o iPad, iPhone, iTouch – on iTunes
o Android or Kindle – on Google Play

  • Desktop or laptop (on or offline) access

o Download the bookshelf

Technical System Requirements:

Browser-based access (recommended for the classroom):
In general, eVantage Bookshelf is supported on two versions of a web browser: the current version and one version back.
Currently supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome version 39, 40
  • Mozilla Firefox version 34, 35
  • Internet Explorer version 9,10 & 11
  • Safari version 7 & 8

The following browsers are not fully supported. Although, content may appear, the UI display and product functionality may be different than the browser versions listed above.

  • Microsoft IE 8 or earlier
  • Mozilla Firefox 12 and earlier
  • Apple Safari 4 and earlier
  • Google Chrome 20 and earlier
  • Opera (any version)
  • Any Browser not listed in the Browser Support Matrix

Downloadable bookshelf for desktop:

Bookshelf version 6.6: Mac OS 10.8 or later

Windows:

Extra Support:

Support is extended throughout the life of the eBook in the user account. Downloaded NetApp eBooks do not expire and will continue to be supported. An eBook accessed through a browser only will expire one year after initial redemption and will no longer be supported.
