Course Objectives

PRINCE2 is one of the most widely-used methods for managing projects in the world. It is a standardised, proven project management method that provides a best-practice approach for managing projects regardless of project scale, type, organization, geography, or culture. Through practice exams, workshops, and overnight study, this PRINCE2 certification training course provides the knowledge required to prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Foundation in project management exam.

The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations. Their individual project management expertise, complexity of the project and the support provided for the use of PRINCE2 in their work environment will all be factors that impact what the Practitioner can achieve.

You Will Learn How To

  • Leverage the PRINCE2 process framework for project delivery
  • Create and critique management products
  • Apply key themes that make up the core of PRINCE2
