Course Content
This is a 2-day technical workshop for Microsoft engineers. There will be a mix of instructor led presentations, interactive exercises and hands on labs.
During the first day we will spend time discussing the concept and new vision of Microsoft’s Intelligent Communications. We will deploy Skype for Business server and prepare for Skype for Business Online integration. During the afternoon of the second day delegates will be introduced to Microsoft Teams and will create channel connectors and integrate Teams with 3rd party solutions (CRM, Change management and so forth…). The delegates will be introduced to Bots, which is an important area of Teams and delegates will understand that using a Bots framework will improve internal and external communications.
