Fast Lane Instructors Win Cisco Awards

We have often felt that we have the best instructors in their respective areas of expertise given their impressive evaluation scores and comments from students with “best instructor ever!”. This has now been confirmed by Cisco with so many Fast Lane instructors from the UK and the rest of the world receiving the impressive Cisco Instructor Excellence Award for being in the top 25% of CCSI’s from around the globe.

However, it doesn’t stop there, better still, an elite group achieved The 2017 Distinguished Instructor Award recognizing “the top 5% of Cisco’s influential CCSI’s who provide the highest quality training experience, and demonstrate the best overall instructor performance across multiple Cisco technologies, as measured by the customer satisfaction survey throughout FY2016”.

In the UK, 80% of the instructors who achieved the Distinguished Instructor award were from Fast Lane, and in EMEAR we achieved over half of the awards. A really great achievement.

The biggest ‘variable’, and the one that sets us apart from the rest are our instructors. They are the ones who are on the front line - inspiring minds, helping students overcome fears, sharing experience and knowledge.
