Course Overview

Kanban reduces the amount of Work-In-Progress (WIP) and optimizes continuous release. Kanban integrates well and may work more efficiently than Scrum with waterfall teams. Better focus, less waste, easier communication and project transparency are additional benefits. This one-day introduction to Kanban, and qualifies for the Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) Certificate from Lean Kanban University (LKU).
