Course Overview

On completion of this session, delegates will have a basic knowledge of the Agent Desktop and handset.

Each session is 90 minutes in duration and can accommodate 10 delegates per session.

4 sessions can be run in 1 day.

This course requires:

  • A room with a minimum of 5 phones and PC’s set up
  • PC’s loaded with agent software
