This Instructor Led offer is designed for individuals responsible for the Installation, Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of the Avaya IP Office Contact Center (IPOCC)

This course is designed to be the final course to be completed for those individuals attempting to earn the ACCS ACSS - Avaya IP Office™ Contact Center (ACSS - 3003) Exam. This course will enable the student to install, support, maintain and troubleshoot the Avaya IP Office Contact.

Delivered to the student’s desktop with remote access to lab equipment, this offer consists of a combination of interactive instructor lectures followed by practical lab exercises. Students have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions during lectures and lab exercises.
