Network Maintenance & Support

Fast Lane can offer a dedicated 24/7 Network Support Hotline with a phone number in your location. We offer a variety of service level agreements (SLAs) ranging from four hour engineer response time to equipment replacement next working day and everything in between. We can offer support at three levels:

  • Diagnosis only: we diagnose the issue and inform you and your engineers of the problem so that your engineers can deploy a fix
  • Diagnosis and remote fix: we identify the issue and inform you of the situation, upon agreement, our engineers will login remotely to your network to implement a fix
  • Diagnosis and on-site fix: we diagnose the problem on site and take appropriate action to ensure your network return to normal operation whilst keeping you informed throughout the whole process
