Course Overview

Managing Containers with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host (RH270) is designed for experienced Linux administrators, architects, and developers who want to manage containerized applications using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host. The course will have students install and update Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host software on a server. Container images will be downloaded, deployed, customized, and saved as new images. Students will learn how to deploy a private image registry that they can use to publish container images they create with Dockerfile. Kubernetes will be used to deploy a multitiered application across multiple Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Hosts. The troubleshooting tools available in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host will be used to collect system information and diagnose system problems.
