Who should attend

  • Individuals who require a business and management level understanding of the ITIL® V3 core Lifecycle.

  • Individuals seeking the ITIL® Expert certification in IT Service Management for which this qualification is the final mandatory module.

  • Individuals progressing towards the ITIL Master in IT Service Management for which the ITIL® Expert is a prerequisite.

Prerequisites

Candidates must have a total of at least 17 credits;

  • 2 credits from the ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate or the ITIL® V2 Foundation plus Bridging Certificate
    AND

  • 15 credits (minimum) from a balanced combination of ITIL® V3 Service Lifecycle and ITIL® V3 Service Capability Certificates

On attending the course please ensure you provide documented evidence that you have passed the above by either presenting your certificate(s) (or a copy of your certificate(s)) to the course lecturer. If you cannot provide the physical certificate(s), then as a minimum you must provide the certificate/candidate number(s) and dates of passing each examination. If you have lost your certificate or you do not have a record of your certificate number please contact ISEB directly before attending the course.
