On completion of this session, delegates will have an understanding of the Supervisor Desktop and Historical Reports.

Each session is 2 hours in duration and can accommodate 3 delegates per session.

3 sessions can be run in 1 day.

This course requires:

  • A room with 3 phones and PC’s set up
  • PC’s loaded with agent and supervisor software
  • PC's loaded with historical reporting software

Prerequisites

Delegate should have attended UCCX Agent Training before attending this course.
