- Describe and configure the new Cisco Unified Presence features, message compliance, federation, and calendaring
- Plan and deploy Cisco Unified Communications applications in a virtual infrastructure and migrate existing physical servers to a VM
- Describe the enhancements in Cisco Unified SRST and SRSV
