Cisco Unity Support Specialist
Building upon a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003, the Cisco Unity Support Specialist can install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity 4.0 system in both stand-alone voice mail and unified messaging environments.
Recertification:
Cisco Specialist certifications are valid for two years. To recertify, take and pass the current version of the exam(s) or pass a current CCIE written exam.
