Wide Area Application Services
Students learn how to design a basic WAAS deployment and configure Cisco Wide Area Application Engine (WAE) devices, including traffic optimizations and file and print services.
Application and Content Networking System Operation and Configuration
Learn how to effectively distribute your content by caching, content routing, multicast distribution - all these mechanisms and many more explained in a thorough way and supported by practice activities in our ACNS course.
ACE Operations and Configuration
You will learn how to deploy and configure intelligent network services using the Catalyst 6500 Application Control Engine (ACE).
This course covers all of the key features of the ACE module, including resource virtualization and management, server load balancing (Layer 2-4 and Layer 7), SSL termination and offload, and security features like application-layer inspection and fixups.
Application-Oriented Networks
Application-Oriented Networks are also called Intelligent Networks or Content-Based Routing Networks. Students will learn how to effectively design, implement and operate AON networks.
InfiniBand
InfiniBand Server Switches provide a new class of data center infrastructure that interconnects discreet server resources together into a high-performance 10 Gbps, low-latency fabric.
