Fast Lane Offers Cisco’s new Voice Certification
Cisco’s fastest growing training partner, Fast Lane Consulting and Education Services, has announced that it is to schedule Cisco’s latest certification - the Voice Professional Certification (CCVP). The CCVP was developed as a direct result of feedback focus groups and surveys conducted by Cisco IP Telephony professionals.
Cisco’s new CCVP validates an individual’s ability to install, configure, operate, and support complex IP Telephony. Fast Lane’s authorised courses cover all the required aspects of installation and management providing a comprehensive focus on CallManager, QoS, gateways, gatekeepers, IP phones and voice applications and utilities based on Cisco routers and Catalyst switches.
